What we are
MMDTEC describes itself as a research and engineering practice. We build software tools that process market data, and we conduct research connected to trading methods and market microstructure. Our business is the design, engineering and licensing of analytical tools and the publication of associated research.
What we are not
MMDTEC LTD is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and it does not carry on any regulated activity within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) or the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (“RAO”).
